Customer service is top notch and they take the time to explain what I actually need rather than just cheapening my coverage (though the rates were surprisingly good!). "There are no amount of words I can use for extreme lack of service! No call back ever!!! And I mean ever."
"Deanna- we're sorry you are still confused. We're glad to show you our records upon records of return calls, emails, answered calls, texts, and snail mail responses. We're not perfect, that's true! At the same time , we have been very diligent and have done our best to help mitigate your concerns. That stopped the day you decided to cuss out our front desk admin while she was trying to help you, and proceed to ignore our return calls to help you. It was highly unkind of you, unncessary, unprofessional, unacceptable, unwarranted, and we still continued to help you- until you continued your abusive behavior. As such- we wish you the very best of luck at your new agency, and while we never like to lose a customer, sometimes it's best we part ways. May you live a very long, and healthy life filled with joy and friendship. Also- you chewed us out for your own issues when we "returned your calls". "
